You can delete your Muscle Atlas account in the app or request deletion by email without reinstalling the app.

Send from the Google email account you used to sign up to muscleatlashelp@gmail.com.

Write a deletion request

This opens your email app. You must send the message yourself; clicking does not delete an account. If no email app opens, send directly to the address above.

  1. Use the subject [Muscle Atlas] Account deletion request.
  2. State that you want your Muscle Atlas account and associated account information deleted.
  3. The operator verifies email ownership, processes deletion and notifies you of the result.

Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents.

Timing: Requests are processed within 7 days after verification. Request emails and related replies are deleted 30 days after completion.

Delete directly in the app

  1. Open My account (내 계정) → Delete account (회원 탈퇴).
  2. Check the account and deletion scope, then enter DELETE when using English, or 탈퇴 when using Korean.
  3. Select Permanently delete account (계정 영구 삭제) and check for a success message.

If a recent sign-in is required, use Google verification (Google 본인 확인), sign in with the same account and confirm deletion again. An error means deletion has not completed; retry or contact support.
